Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the applications and games published by AgentSec on Google Play (the “Services”).
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using any of our Services, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.
2. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of the Services;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where the law expressly allows;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with security features;
- use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
4. Intellectual property
The Services, their content, graphics, code and trademarks remain the property of AgentSec or its licensors. No rights are granted beyond the license to use above.
5. Purchases and billing
If a Service offers in-app purchases or paid content, transactions are processed by Google Play and subject to its terms. Any refunds are governed by the Google Play refund policy.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AgentSec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue a Service at any time. You may stop using a Service at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms. The “last updated” date indicates the current version. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
